If you cancel your enrollment before your first paid class takes place, you are entitled to a full refund of any enrollment payment made.

If a class cannot proceed because of a technical problem on the Academy’s or tutor’s side, we will provide:
The student may request a refund for the affected class when a suitable makeup class cannot reasonably be arranged.
Technical problems on the student’s side, including internet failure, device problems, power outages, or software difficulties, are not normally eligible for refunds. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class where possible.
