Your free trial class is completely free.
If you cancel your enrollment before your first paid class takes place, you are entitled to a full refund of any enrollment payment made.

Technical problems on the student’s side, including internet failure, device problems, power outages, or software difficulties, are not normally eligible for refunds. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class where possible.
