By accessing our website, booking a free trial class, or enrolling in any of our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users including parents, guardians, adult students, and any person accessing our website or services.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Our services are available to students of all ages, from 4 years old through adulthood. Students under the age of 18 must be enrolled and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
If you are enrolling a child under 18, you confirm that:
When creating an account or submitting an enrollment form, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each family should maintain one account. Multiple children within the same family may be enrolled under a single parent account.
Al-Huda Quran Academy offers one complimentary trial class per student. The free trial:
To receive a free trial class, you must:
If you do not attend your scheduled free trial class without prior notice, we reserve the right not to reschedule a second free trial. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial class.
The free trial class is provided at absolutely no cost. No credit card or payment details are required to book a free trial.
Enrollment in a paid course becomes effective when:
Classes typically begin within 48 hours of confirmed enrollment, subject to tutor availability and agreed scheduling. We will confirm your start date and first class time in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
All course materials provided by Al-Huda Quran Academy — including worksheets, lesson plans, and digital resources — are for personal educational use only and remain the intellectual property of Al-Huda Quran Academy (see Section 11).
We carefully match each student with the most suitable certified tutor based on age, level, course, and tutor gender preference. While we make every effort to honor your preferences, tutor availability may affect final assignment.
Al-Huda Quran Academy reserves the right to reassign a student to a different tutor in circumstances including but not limited to tutor illness, resignation, or performance concerns. We will notify you promptly of any tutor change and ensure continuity of your child’s learning. If you are unhappy with an assigned tutor, please contact us and we will do our best to find a better match.
Classes are scheduled by mutual agreement between the parent/student and the assigned tutor, based on your stated time preference. We offer classes 7 days a week across multiple time zones to accommodate families in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
We understand that life happens. You may reschedule a class under the following conditions:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a attended class for billing purposes and will not be eligible for a makeup session, except in genuine emergencies (illness, bereavement) at our discretion.
If your tutor fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, you are entitled to a full makeup class at no charge. Please report tutor absences to our support team immediately.
If a class cannot proceed due to technical issues on our side (platform failure, tutor connectivity), a full makeup class will be arranged at no cost. Technical issues on the student’s side (poor internet connection, device problems) are the responsibility of the student/parent.
Standard class duration is as agreed at enrollment (typically 30 or 45 minutes per session). Classes that start late due to the tutor will be extended or rescheduled. Classes that start late due to the student will end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
Courses are billed on a monthly basis unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Your billing cycle begins on the date your enrollment is confirmed.

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and WhatsApp. You will have 5 business days to resolve the payment before classes are suspended. We will not suspend classes without prior notification.

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. To cancel, please notify us via email at info@al-hudaquranacademy.com or via WhatsApp with at least 7 days‘ notice before your next billing date. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the next billing date may result in one final charge for the upcoming billing period.

We will review your case honestly and fairly, and offer either a tutor change, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the circumstances.
